Breakfasts

This is just the first course. There's lots more delicious food to come.

We offer five-course West Coast breakfasts in our bright kitchen. Breakfast menus (sweet and savoury) change daily.
All breakfasts include homemade baked goods, fresh fruit and berries, yogurt, cereal, toast, organic fair-trade coffee, tea, juice and are accompanied by one of the following entrees:

• Oven-baked apple pancakes, French toast or waffles (each served with warmed Canadian maple syrup).
• Baked brie in a light pastry topped with blueberries and pecans.
• Egg dishes, such as frittata, served with a hot loaf of hearty bread.
• And many more specialties. Bon appetit!
• We can also cater to those with vegetarian diets or allergies.
